Assistant Principal's Message

Welcome Back Amazing Starlight Families!

I am so excited to start our 2023-24 school year as your assistant principal!  Although this is my second year in this position, I was at Starlight for the first four years as a fourth-grade teacher.  I graduated from Beaumont High School (I was even the mascot :), and I have served as a teacher in Beaumont for 27 years. I LOVED being a teacher, and I am THRILLED to be able to serve all of our students, staff, and parents of Starlight in this new role.

At Starlight, we have an amazing team of teachers and staff who are committed to giving each child the tools needed to be the best version of themselves academically, socially, and behaviorally.  Our hope is that students feel safe, cared for, challenged, and empowered to change the world. Through a shared commitment, we believe we can achieve great things!
